What is Core Leadership Circle?

A community of successful CEOs and other conscious leaders who want to support each other in achieving their most important goals in business and in life.

Why CORE?

We believe that conscious leaders can have a large, beneficial impact on the world to uplift the consciousness of the communities to which we each belong so that they are more whole, alive and hospitable. We believe it takes a village to generate success and real transformation individually and collectively.  We want to be that village for conscious leaders.

Why Be A Facilitator?

  • Use your professional background, knowledge and experience to elevate your positive impact in the world and support other leaders in succeeding in business and in life.
  • Build an enduring community of conscious leaders that has a positive ripple effect in the world.
  • Help transform the separation, self-orientation and isolation that leaders have within our communities into connectedness and caring for the whole.
  • Leverage your time and expertise to create a lucrative income stream and a better world at the same time. As an independent contractor you can build this in a way that suits your schedule and availability.  You can also have multiple groups.
  • Travel is minimal as your monthly meetings and one-to-one sessions are all local. Retreats can be done locally or with some travel as you choose. Virtual meetings are available to use at your discretion.
  • The job of our facilitators is to bring out the best of the members in offering real value to each other in a safe and supportive environment. It is less about teaching and more about facilitating them to have meaningful and valuable conversations that generate new ways of thinking and creative solutions.  Your success as a facilitator is less about you being brilliant and more about bringing out the collective brilliance of the group.

Who is this right for?

  1. Executive coaches who are looking to have a bigger impact.

  2. Former Conscious Leaders: CEO’s, business executives or entrepreneurs who have sold their businesses or left their previous positions and are now in transition contemplating what to do next and want to do something meaningful and impactful in this next phase of life.

  3. Therapists or Life Coaches who want to partner with someone who has deep business expertise and who would like to lead this in partnership. (The business expert would field the conversations about business.  The Life Coach would field the conversations that move into other areas of a leader’s life.  CORE is about Whole Life Success, and for leaders, many areas of their life are impacted by their work.)

  4. People who have background in leading workshops or trainings that elevate individual or organizational awareness.

What is a Conscious Leader?

“In every human endeavor there are two arenas of engagement: the outer and the inner. The outer game is played on an external arena to overcome external obstacles to reach an external goal. The inner game takes place within the mind of the player and is played against such obstacles as fear, self-doubt, lapses in focus, and limiting concepts or assumptions. The inner game is played to overcome the self-imposed obstacles that prevent an individual or team from accessing their full potential.”

Tim Gallwey, Capt. Harvard Tennis Team (Author, The Inner Game of Tennis)

A Conscious Leader may embody many qualities and levels of consciousness, but we are defining this as one who leads with self-awareness, who is able to integrate values into behavior, who has a positive impact on others, and who knows that organizational or any kind of change begins with individual change.

A Conscious Leader has worked intentionally on their “inner game” and also successfully navigates their “outer game” and relationships with others in ways that generates a positive impact.

They are usually known for being caring, good listeners, good decision-makers, aware of the world around them and their impact on others.
