Our Founder, Susan Mayginnes Howard, began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 21, co-founding The Summit Organization, a personal and professional development company. In 8 years, she helped grow it to a $14M company, graduating over 40,000 people from its innovative programs.
Since that time, she has led CEO masterminds and worked with executive teams from a diverse portfolio of businesses.
Her unique genius is distilling diverse methodologies into effective transformational tools that leave participants thinking, feeling, and acting in new, more powerful ways. These tools have been refined into The Diamond Model and have been producing reliable results in the lives of successful leaders for over 20 years.

Dori Etter is a results-driven strategist and change management expert with a proven track record in driving organizational growth and success. With expertise in strategic planning, effective communication, and corporate management, Dori excels in designing and implementing action plans that align with core company objectives. Her ability to assess individual motivations and develop tailored strategies has enabled her to effectively lead teams and foster collaborative environments.
Both in organizations as an Executive, and as an independent Business Consultant, Dori's proficiency in project management and team building has allowed her to successfully manage global teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments. She has a passion for helping clients develop new lines of business and navigate industry transitions.
Dori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is also a veteran, having served in the United States Navy.
